CANDACE & ANDRES | SANTA MARIA WEDDING

Candace and Andres had a beautiful Santa Maria wedding at the Cotton Wood Canyon Winery. This venue is gorgeous and unique.We actually took their engagement photos at this venue but because of the venue’s vastness you’d never guess it since we we’re on two opposite sides of the venue. Their ceremony was held in front of the vineyards between two huge trees, their cocktail hour was held in the properties wine caves and the reception out on the patio with the nice spring breeze. The wine caves we’re so cool, literally, I loved walked through them to photograph their details because it was like walking in a refrigerator!

This wedding wasn’t just about bringing two people who are madly in love together, but also blending their two families and all of their children had a special part in the wedding party. The couples first dance was so beautiful, but Candace’s dance with her dad was my favorite. You can tell she has such a great relationship with him. I’ve held it together all year during daddy/daughter first looks, dad’s walking their daughters down the aisle and their dances but this one, not gonna lie, I was ugly crying behind my camera. After all of the traditions had ended everyone enjoyed some time on the dance floor, a perfect ending to a beautiful day.
