MONTANA DE ORO ENGAGEMENT SESSION | CHELSEA & PATRICK

Chelsea and Patrick’s Montana De Oro engagement session was so fun! This location is super popular with our couples and we totally understand why! You can get such a huge variety of images in the time we spend there and the backdrops are stunning. We loved getting to know these two while we explored the area. Turns out Patrick and Bram actually have jobs that cross paths so they were able to talk shop a lot. As all my past couples know, Bram is usually the holder of the things during engagement session so I know he loved feeling like he added more to the day being able to connect with the Groom to be.

One of the highlights of the session for me… we didn’t have the marine layer roll into the cove like we normally do! This meant we got to catch some glorious orange glow hitting the rocks and waves! I’m obsessed and wish this could happen every time we shoot in Montana De Oro! It was a surprisingly busy day for photographers in the area, normally I don’t see any other photographers out and about, but there were virtually no tourists which was really nice! We had one location basically all to ourselves!

We can’t wait for their wedding day next year! And, because they chose The Mitchells Weddings for their day of coordination, we will get to spend some extra time with them before the big day! Woo Hoo!
