FUN WEDDING PHOTO IDEAS

A lot of what I show on a regular basis are classic and romantic portraits. But, I promise you we have a lot of fun too! Some bridal parties and couples are more out going than others and have lots of fun and crazy requests. Here are some fun wedding photo ideas from past weddings.

Silly Bridal Party Photos

During the time that we have with you for bridal party portraits we try to take time for individuals with each Bridesmaid and Groomsmen. These can lead to some silly shots that we and you both love. We get the classic shot first and then let you have some fun!

Lifts & Dips

This isn’t a “pose” we always have time for and not all couples are able to do this depending on their attire and other factors. But when we have the chance they are fun images to get. If this is something you want on your wedding day, just ask and we will make the time for it!

Large Group Photos

Large group photos don’t work for every wedding. But, if planned ahead of time and with the right communication it can be pulled off. A photo of all of your guests (even if you might not be able to see everyone clearly) is such a special photo to have from your wedding day.

We are always up for some fun and out of the box ideas on your wedding day. Although we have a process and a flow to how we take your portraits, we can always make time in your schedule for something new and exciting. Sometimes it’s us who brings up the idea when we’re inspired and sometimes it’s our couples that come to us with requests. Regardless, our number one goal is to make our couples happy and capture their day and their personalities.
