I had the absolute pleasure of photographing this sweet couple to celebrate their engagement. Being an Avila Beach Photographer is truly a blessing I’ll never take for granted. We had a short but so incredible engagement session in Avila Beach. I absolutely love Avila Beach engagement photos. This beach offers a little bit more depth and interest than your standard beach photos because of the beautiful hills that curve around it. On this evening, the tide was extra low so the sand looked so gorgeous and was sprinkled with rocks.

Avila is the beach I grew up going to as a kid. I have so many fond memories of it and get to relive them often. Another plus to this location are the cute shops surrounding it and the ample available parking! My Husband and I often stay for lunch or dinner after sessions in Avila Beach.

Not only was it a beautiful location but, oh goodness, this couple!! They are stunning and so easy to photograph, it’s like they knew exactly what I was going to ask them to do before I even asked. Plus their outfits were seriously perfect for the setting! Engagement sessions can sometimes be taken lightly by couples. And these two didn’t, they came prepared! Congrats again on your engagement you two.
