Hannah & Kevin are seriously some of my newest favorite people. They were so fun and easy to work with. The whole session was a breeze and filled with so many laughs. We got to hang out at the venue they’ll be married at next year… does it look familiar? I actually shot a wedding here almost 3 years ago now. This venue holds a special place in my heart; I adore the couple who I last shot here and I met one of my bestie’s working that wedding! It also helps that the venue has some unique and fun features like an onsite mini lake and gorgeous rolling hill views.

But enough of my nostalgia, let’s talk about this engagement session. Not gonna lie, I was a little nervous driving up the venue because it was HOT! And, most of you know, I don’t do well in heat. I am very acclimated to and enjoy my 65 degree weather here on the coast. Thankfully there was a wonderful breeze and we all survived.

Part of the fun of doing the engagement session at the venue is talking about the day and really getting to visualize where the action will happen. Plus the couple gets a real feel for what it will be like with us there at that location on their big day. Next year with these two, will be incredible.
