OYSTER RIDGE WEDDING | KATIE & JUSTIN

We spent our Saturday capturing this beautiful Oyster Ridge wedding for Katie & Justin! There were so many things we loved about their day so let’s jump into it! First, their very sweet first touch. First touches isn’t something we see at a lot of weddings but Katie and Justin did theirs perfectly. They stood back to back and shared personal vows before their ceremony and everyone got a little chocked up! At their ceremony, it was the perfect mix of romance and lots of sweet laughs. We love when couples choose a friend of family member as their officiant! Can we also talk about the beautiful backdrop for their ceremony, so stunning. It was pretty windy when we showed up earlier in the day but by the time the ceremony started the wind had died down, it was magical.

Katie and Justin are basically models and so their portrait time is extra fun because they hardly need direction. After yummy food at their reception the couple shared their first dance, the Bride danced with her mom and the Groom with his mom and then the dance floor opened and was never empty! We got to steal away the couple and literally chased the sun through the surrounding vineyards. I love when venues have a vehicle to take us to epic portrait locations, but I swear I’m about to die every time I get into a golf cart or gator type vehicle. So worth it though for those golden sunset shots! The night ended with sparklers and we are so happy and excited for this sweet couple. Thank you Katie & Justin for letting us capture your day!
