MIKAELA & JEFF | SAN JOSE WEDDING

We had the absolute pleasure of capturing Mikaela & Jeff’s San Jose Wedding recently. Where do I start? This wedding went through a date change and a location change due to covid. The couple stayed calm through it all though! And we we’re so happy to help them along the way as their coordinators too! We actually took their engagement photos last year when the pandemic was still pretty new with lots of uncertainty. But, I think these two would agree that everything happens for a reason and their day was AMAZING!

After we got to hang out with the Bride & Groom as they got ready, the couple shared a beautiful first look at Hotel Los Gatos! We followed it up with a sweet, funny and romantic ceremony at the Ainsley House. Those are our favorite kinds of ceremonies, the ones where you’re laughing and crying the whole way through! After lots and lots of portraits, it was time for an epic reception! The Grooms parents graciously hosted this at their stunning home. The reception was filled with fun games, a special serenade to the Bride from the Groom and lots and lots of dance moves!

I just wanna give a shout out to their bridesmaids and groomsmen squad too. This group of guys and gals we’re the best cheerleaders for the Bride and Groom and they we’re all so fun to hang out with. Even if one was determined to give me a heart attack all night and another may or may not have dropped the rings (and his kid who didn’t drop the ring as a great ring bearer will never let him forget it!). Thank you Mikaela & Jeff, for being wonderful people and for letting us be part of your day!
