NORA & BRIAN | SAN LUIS OBISPO ENGAGEMENT SESSION

We recently met Brian and Nora during their San Luis Obispo engagement session. Yes, it’s true, a lot of times we don’t get to meet our couples until their engagement session. Sometimes we don’t even get to meet until the wedding day. Which is why we spend so much time trying to build a relationship through emails and social media.

But, can I even call this an engagement session? I have a confession to spill. These two had an epic over seas elopement a few months ago and are already married. But, we’re honored they chose us to photograph their California wedding reception. As you might know, most all of my packages include a complimentary engagement session.

When I explained the benefits of the engagement session; getting comfortable with me and learning my posing process we made the arrangements for them to come down to San Luis Obispo! I am so glad they did and they brought their sweet puppy along which made it that much more fun! Every engagement session should include a puppy. I’m seriously obsessed and may have threatened more than once to keep her.

Also, Nora and Brian have one of those perfect height differences that make photographing them so fun. This is another reason why I love engagement sessions. It’s a chance for me to figure out what your best poses are. Their wedding seriously can’t get here fast enough! From the details they’ve shared about their plans it’s going to be so unique and fun. Oh, and don’t worry… their sweet puppy will be making an appearance!
